We greatly appreciate the responsive approach of your subcontractors. Gartland plumbing stands out as being 'Johnny On the Spot' when we had minor problems to correct.

Brian, this is the first home we have had that is steady on its feet (this our eighth home). It is solid, quiet and warm. Your implementation of design and construction is the best we have seen in many years.

Outstanding Craftsmanship

I would very much like to express my appreciation for the fine home you have built me. It is often said that everything in life subscribes to the risk-return relationship and selecting a home builder is no exception. I took the risk of going with you rather than a large builder, and I have reaped my return. The extra care and personal touches you displayed are evident in every facet of my home. I really feel like the house is my home thanks to your including me in the many decisions regarding everything from cabinet selection to where the hose bibs were going.

The quality of the workmanship in the house is outstanding, and everything proceeded right on schedule. This allowed me to vacate my previous residence and move into my new home with no interruptions in my life. I can't tell you how nice it was not to have to deal with the nightmare of delays.
